Stephen King’s Pet Sematary Remake Coming 2019

It’s a horror flic we all grew up watching. Stephen King’s 1983 thriller Pet Sematary is being re-adapted by Jeff Buhler and now we have the trailer and theater release date in our sights.  Look for this to hit cinemas April 5th, 2019 and see the sneak peak before you start seeing it in commercials during your favorite shows.

The new adaptation stars Jason ClarkeAmy Seimetz and John Lithgow and according to the press release synopsis, “it follows Dr. Louis Creed (Jason Clarke), who, after relocating with his wife Rachel (Amy Seimetz) and their two young children from Boston to rural Maine, discovers a mysterious burial ground hidden deep in the woods near the family’s new home. When tragedy strikes, Louis turns to his unusual neighbor, Jud Crandall (John Lithgow), setting off a perilous chain reaction that unleashes an unfathomable evil with horrific consequences.”
